Right of admission
This establishment reserves the right of admission.
Entry and/or stay in this establishment is prohibited for any person who:
•You are not registered as a customer, do not have a confirmed reservation, and/or have not paid the corresponding price or supplement.
• Refuses to identify himself to security guards and/or hotel managers.
• Is or appears to be in a state of intoxication, or under the influence of any psychotropic substance.
• Possess or consume any type of psychotropic substances.
• Carry any object likely to cause harm to people or property.
• Demonstrate a clear and obvious lack of personal hygiene.
• Has been previously expelled from the establishment for inappropriate behavior.
• Do not respect established rules of conduct and internal regulations, such as not wearing a bare torso in common areas inside the building, or not respecting the minimum dress code in facilities that have one.
• Cause or incite any disorder in the establishment.
• Engage in uncivil behavior that disturbs other customers and/or employees of the establishment, and particularly, if you do not respect the rest of the other guests.
• Do not insult and/or disrespect any employee of the establishment.
• Destroy furniture in common areas or rooms, or cause serious damage in any area of the establishment.
• Deliberately fail to comply with the establishment's payment and credit limit policies related to any of the services offered.
• Consume food or drinks from outside at the service points for these products, or take food or drinks from the Buffet to consume outside this facility.
• Make misuse or unauthorized use of the meal plan you have contracted, such as using the All Inclusive service to invite other people.
• Come accompanied by an animal, except assistance dogs, as established by Law 2/2020 of December 23.
• Do not smoke or use tobacco products and/or electronic cigarettes inside the premises of the establishment, except in areas specifically designated and marked for this purpose.
• In the event of exceptional circumstances of health alert or any other kind, if you do not comply with the restrictions and/or measures determined and/or required by the corresponding authorities.
